We are ready to kick off registration for 2009, and are delighted that you are
applying for a session of Adam's Camp. It promises to be another great
year, and it will be great to have you a part of it! |

Session rates are listed below. Cabin rates for our Mountain Therapy and
Trailblazer programs are available on our web page. |

Online Application Instructions
|
1. Please note that we are using a new online registration package for 2009.
Therefore, when you move on to the next screen, if you have not already done so,
you will need to begin by clicking on ‘I need to create a new account’. Once
that account has been created, you will use your new username and password to
login for this and all subsequent sessions.

2. Take time to write down your username and password in a safe place at home.
|
|
|
3. To avoid losing information that you have entered, you should complete the
page that you are working on and click the ‘Save & Continue’ button before
leaving the website.
|
|
|
4. Please do not use your browser’s back button.
|
|
|

6. Currently, you will not have the ability to print out the completed
application. We are working on adding that feature in the near future.
|
|
|

* For those families that have enrolled for Adam's Camp using the old online
registration package (2007 & 2008), after your camper has been placed in a camp
you will, as always, be asked to complete the more detailed forms. Most of
the information that you filled out with the old system will be carried over to
this new program. |
